This Wine Masterclass, currently part of the ‘Fire and Smoke’ concept, is an exclusive wine tasting event that culminates in a seven-stage tasting dinner led by chef Tiago Silva.

After an initial presentation about the selected wines, there will be a tasting dinner with seven distinct moments: Smoke, Fire, Flame, Heat, Embers, Oven and Fire. The dinner will be paired with a tasting of wines, from Pico Wines.
